ENDORUN is a virtual run that is opened for public to participate.
This is a virtual event where you can complete your distance anytime and anywhere outdoors or indoors during 1st March 2023 – 31st March 2023.
The virtual run allows you to set your own finishing targets and celebrate the accomplishment of crossing your own finish line.
The main objective of this virtual run is to raise awareness of endometriosis.
About ENDORUN
All participants are welcomed to submit photos / videos / creative artworks in order to participate in our lucky draw with exciting prizes.
You will need to track your run through a GPS running device or GPS running app, and upload your record to https://facebook.com/endorun2023
All profit will go to Tabung Kebajikan Pelajar Mahasiswa/i Fakulti Perubatan UKM.
Who can register and participate?
ENDORUN is a virtual run that is opened for public to participate.
This run is currently opened for everyone residing in peninsular Malaysia.
When is the virtual run?
You have the whole month (March 2023) to participate in this virtual run.
When and where do I need to complete my run?
You can complete your run anywhere outdoors or indoors, at a location of your choice at any time or date between 1st March 2023 – 31st March 2023.
Can I complete my run on a treadmill or indoors?
Yes, provided that your running tracker can log your treadmill or indoors running.
Is there an official app for ENDORUN? Do you recommend using this app to keep track of my run?
There is no official app for ENDORUN. This gives you the freedom to use any GPS running device or GPS running app of your choice to track your run.
What are the categories available?
Please select your preferred category during registration.
Category 1 - 5km (6600 steps)
Category 2 - 10km (13200 steps)
Category 3 - 15km (19800 steps)
Will I get a certificate?
Electronic certificate will be issued to all registered participants that have completed the run.
Kindly submit your proof of completion such as screenshot of your exercise tracker (Google health, Samsung health, MiFit, MapMyRun, FitBit etc.) to the following link: ENDORUN 2023 – e-Certificate Link.
Is there any lucky draw?
All participants are encouraged to post your running photos / videos to our facebook page https://facebook.com/endorun2023.
Please upload your Endorun photos on your Facebook profile and remember to tag them with “Endorun”.
1 lucky winner will be selected every Monday during the virtual run period (1st March 2023 – 31st March 2023).
The lucky winners will get a RM100 worth of electronic voucher.
